As a 3rd generation Accountant, Monil brings forward both legacy and modern expertise in finance. With over a decade of experience across bookkeeping, taxation, corporate structuring, financial reporting, and audits, he specializes in helping Indian businesses navigate complex regulatory frameworks with confidence.
Monil has worked extensively with corporate for complex compliances for Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Companies/ LLP’s), Foreign Exchange Management Act, Reserve Bank of India, Special Economic Zones, Software Technology Parks of India, and GIFT International Financial Services Centre, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, while also supporting with capital structuring, project financing, and strategic financial planning.
His approach blends deep regulatory knowledge with financial strategy, making him a trusted partner for startups, SMEs, and corporates in India who want to simplify compliance while scaling sustainably.

Ritu leads Finsync’s global client practice, bringing extensive experience in international accounting, corporate taxation, and multi-country compliance. With a strong background in GAAP, IFRS, and cross-border taxation, she partners with CPA firms and SMEs across North America & Europe.
Her expertise spans bookkeeping, payroll, incorporation & corporate filings, management reporting, and Virtual CFO services. Over the years, she has helped businesses reduce staffing costs for finance by up to 70%, by streamline reporting processes, and secure multi-million-dollar financing through well-prepared project reports and advisory.
